For the second time, So Art Gallery exhibits the works of the artist Mouna Bensaid through the exhibition "Tourmentes Féminines". Mouna Bensaid, is one of the artists who link plastic expression to social struggles. For her, artistic creation is first and foremost a militancy.
The works in this exhibition are both liberating and claiming at the same time, her works release an energy that promotes a cultural construction making the intimate a space questioned publicly. Mouna is one of the women who were able to impose their own vision, taking leave of all male control. She paints women in all their states, anger, passion, tranquility, serenity, anxiety, wisdom, purification .. Self-taught painter, Mouna instrumentalizes painting to transcend adversity, silence suffering and impose otherness. In search of internal peace, she is in a constant quest for woman's emotions.
